Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases made on marketroom.ai — including subscription plans, credit packages, and any other paid features — are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or decision not to use the service

• Dissatisfaction with analysis results or platform outputs

• Financial losses resulting from investment decisions made using the platform

• Partial use of a subscription period or credit balance

• Technical issues outside MarketRoom's reasonable control

The user bears sole and exclusive responsibility for all investment and financial decisions. MarketRoom does not provide investment advice, and the information produced by the platform does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. The user acknowledges that they have read and understood the Risk Disclaimer prior to making any purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already charged. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Credits purchased on marketroom.ai are non-refundable and have no cash value. Unused credits are forfeited upon account closure.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of contacting us is a violation of these Terms. MarketRoom reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with fraudulent chargeback claims.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us at support@marketroom.ai within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.
